Terms of Service — Hyriox Hosting

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any Hyriox Hosting service ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Hyriox Hosting provides hosting for Discord bots built with discord.js, discord.py, Bun, and related runtimes, including a free plan and paid plans. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to host malicious software, engage in illegal activity, abuse other users, or violate Discord's Terms of Service. We may suspend any account that violates this policy without notice.

5. Payments & Billing

Paid plans are billed on the cycle selected at checkout. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your bots.

6. Refunds

No Refunds — All sales are final.

All payments made to Hyriox Hosting are non-refundable. Once a purchase is made, you are not entitled to a refund, for any reason, including change of mind, plan downgrades, or voluntary cancellation. The only exception is if we are legally required to provide a refund by law.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, and no refunds will be issued.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hyriox Hosting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
